I love fried pickles! Growing up they had Pickle O's at Sonic. They don't have them anymore though. It was just the round pickles that come on most hamburgers fried up. There are some places that serve fried pickle spears but I'm not as big on those. I'm a very picky eater and okra doesn't look very tasty to me when you break it open. But for some reason I love the stuff. Me and my older sister love it, but my twin sister hates it.
If you go to any state fairs they take fried food to a whole new level. At the Texas State fair they have fried twinkies! They even found a way to fry up Coca-Cola! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fried_Coke
Come again...fried Cola. I love Coca Cola. I go on a binge every now and then where I eat whole pizzas, 2 liter of Coca Cola or Root Beer, bucket of ice cream, bags of Doritos then I cut it. Otherwise I usually eat organic veggies and fruits...roflz! Old habits. I have one thing in common with Saddam Hussein. He loved eating doritos. Actually two things in common. His favorite movie was Godfather. Go figure...
Great topic!

Three words Surf and Turf...nice NY strip steak bloody rare, steak fries, lobster tail along with Markers Mark on the rocks.
Great call with surf and turf. I love a steak with lobster tail. Also someone mentioned Red Lobster, I love shrimp scampi and those cheddar biscuits. I went to the endless shrimp deal they had a couple months ago for the first time and ate 5 of the little trays of shrimp scampi, I was beyond stuffed lol.

I was amazed the first time I saw fried coke. The big Oklahoma vs Texas football game is held in the middle of the Texas State Fair and I have been there 3 times now and each time they have new fried food. I usually stick with the classic funnel cakes though. Delicious.
They also have these smoked Turkey legs the size of your arm at the Texas State Fair!
I'd go here, and enjoy the **** out of Heston's 15 course taster menu, with a nice bottle of Dom Perignon for between courses. Its your last meal, you either go big, or go home.

Alright since I originally picked my meal 2 years ago, I'll go ahead and update it today. Some of these post have caused me to rethink my list.
Starters- I'll go with a mix of cheddar peppers(local place makes some terrific cheddar peppers) some fried pickles(my cousins recipe) and some delicious cheddar biscuits from Red Lobster.
Main Meal- I'll still stick with the steak cooked medium. Best steak I ever had was at a place called Texas Salt Grass. I'll skip the lobster tail though and just go with the scrimp scampi. Twice baked potatoes, my mom makes some killer twice baked potatoes with velveeta cheese and bacon. Got to have me some fried okra.
Dessert- like I mentioned on here, my mamma makes some killer chocolate chip brownies. I think I can down a batch of those with some chocolate milk. Man that reminds me of better days.
Blue and Gold bacon, crockpot pork roast with taters, carrots, and onions, ham and pinto beans, filet from local restaurant, and ice cream sandwiches.
But if I had to pick one dish it would be potatoes and onions fried in bacon grease on a campfire in December. Hard to beat that, especially if it's snowing.

Did you say taters. Juss had to add this...lolz!
