fair enough.. but let me ask you... is there a way to talk about it every? like, as long as you don't say; "i'm smoked, or did..."?

For the record, I have yet to close a pot thread. If you talk about it from an article stand point such as someone says you can die from smoking pot or if you can hold a debate about it, then it's ok. If you want to talk about the medicinal uses, then I have no problem with that.

Don't just post, "I'm smoking and getting wasted" or "what do you guys us to get hight?" That just sound ignorant and makes the site look bad, especially when we are trying to get sponsors to keep the site going and what not.

so uuuhhhh from a legislative point of view, if the state of NY is so liberal, why aren't our pot laws more relaxed?

every time i read about a pot bust in the paper I say to my lord and master, "Well, the gigantor meth deal went down, but they got the guy with half an ounce dammit!!!!"

That's definitely understandable. I didn't really think about it from the perspective of the moderators and I also didn't know we were breaking any rules. It does kind of give off a bad image to the site when you've got a bunch of potheads gathered in a thread, talking about their favorite smoking devices and how to make oil and what not. So yeah, that kind of talk isn't needed, so that's the last of it you'll hear from me.

don't forget, marijuana is technically decriminalized in NY. as long as you don't have papers or a pipe, you can only get a ticket for up to a few grams of weed!!!

now, if police actually abide by that, and if most people pinched for weed are aware of that... that's another story!

although, no pothead carrying weed with him/her doesn't have something with them to smoke it with...
