I have to take Ironman FTW.
Both are supersmart and have tons of toys. The only difference is Ironman's weapons are just bad-ass!!!

an EMP will nullify any weapons advantage Ironman has against Batman. Ironman would be just a guy wearing a paperweight tin can suit. Plus Tony Starks has a heart problem. Batman will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Again, it all depends on which batman shows up. 60's Batman takes it, however the pic you have shown appears to be the newer Batman, so Ironman takes it.
