This may not be in the right section, but I didn't know where else to put it.

I remember when I played hockey, the standard sports apparel companies such as Nike and Reebok eventually caught on and started making hockey gear. Do you think the same thing will ever happen with MMA? Will we eventually see Nike fight shorts?

It is way to early in the sport's development to be getting endorsement from a major company like Nike. Heck, we've been on T.V for like 2-3 years. Don't count on it happening anytime soon.

Hockey's been on TV a lot longer, but how often? Well, you're in Canada, but in America hockey is almost never on TV. MMA is on Spike like 3-4 days a week I think, Showtime has a deal with EliteXC, and the UFC might get a deal with HBO soon. If they started to make hockey gear, even though it has a next-to-zero fan base, MMA gear from Nike might be closer than you think. Will it happen in the next couple years? Probably not, but I don't think it's too far off.
