He just said on the daily show that he is decided to decide if he is gonna decide to tell you he is running for president. I didnt write that wrong, HE said it all jagged up like that. This is great though. The crowd that knows his ways will vote for him. He will lose the first year because he needs to gain more reputation as an authority figure but the next run around he will steal for sure. I dont care to vote but he's got mine.

it would be stupid if he ran. although, it would clearly show how worthless our political process is. sure the guy has great views, but he's just as unqualified to be president as the guy we have right now. our president should be a very well educated person--more than a C student--and should have a background in diplomacy, international relations, ecconomics, and or some other field which isn't related to buisness, or showbuisness!
colbert running for office, espeicially president, is an affront to our already pretty much worthless political system!
being president is actually more than just clever catch phrases and being able to read off dummy cards. or at least it should be!
oh, and by no means am i saying any of the legit candidates have any value or substance.

C'mon guys, this is nothing more than a publicity stunt, just like when howard Stern ran for Gov of NY.

seriously did the daily show ratings plunge or something? unlikely
But I like hearing someone rip on potential candidates who are being coy about whether or not they'll attempt to run for president

Of course, also with Steven Carrell as his White House Speaker.
