Agreed swp. The movie was a weak, watered down, bastardized version of the book.

Just started the second book in the Malazan Book of the Fallen series. Deadhouse Gate. The first was awesome, some of the characters are so powerful it's unreal. Curious to see where it's going.

Just finished the second book in the Kingkiller Chronicles 'A Wise Man's Fear' as well, and it is a fantastic sequel! One of the best books I've ever read, seriously cannot wait for the third now

Funniest book I've ever read. Better than the film, although the films awesome too.

You should check out Hells Angels by Dr. Gonzo. Great read.

I just finished Nickel Plated by Aric Davis the other day. It's about a street savvy 12 year old who grows pot, busts pedophiles, and kicks ass in general. Not too bad.

It's the guys first book so you should get one. He said he has a sequel to it wrote but he's waiting to see if they'll publish it.
