I just finished the Greg Mandel series by Peter F. Hamilton, I enjoyed it. I read his Void trilogy and really liked his style. So I have been going back and getting everything I can from him. After the void trilogy I read the Commonwealth saga, which I wish I had read first as it gives some back story to some characters you see in the void trilogy. It's not necessary but, I would recommend it. Sometimes he spends a bit too much time describing surroundings instead of getting on with the story, but so far I enjoyed everything of his I have read. It's mostly SciFi, but the Void trilogy is a mixture or hard SciFi and Fantasy.

Restarting Stephen King's Dark Tower series. Aces!
I also like to have a classic on the go, so debating between Dracula or Lolita. Thoughts?

Yes absolutely! It's a truly great series.
Got a Kindle for my birthday so been putting all my books and series on there. Looking forward to getting my read on again, it's been a few years since I was reading consistently.

Had it pre-ordered for months now. Be nice to get back into 'that world'.
How you liking the Kindle? May invest in one soon...If it had a 'new book smell' app or something, I'd be in!

Yeah I'm feelin' the same way starting it again now.
The Kindle is amazing! It's not weird in any way. Certainly feels different than a book, but it's somehow just as easy to get immersed into it, and having a full library in my hand... well, it's just swell
Truth is I downloaded Kindle libraries so I could put the books I already own on it anyways. I own the books, so don't feel guilty about it lol.
I wholeheartedly recommend one. The screen is something else, man.

I just got the first 4 books of that series. Was planning on tackling it after the Dark Tower.
Sounds good, thought I'd read them before watching the the show.
