This kindle for pc stuff is great. Now I can buy books from amazon without paying cost of transport and stuff. I bought and read three biographies:
1)Physical chess: my life in catch-as-catch-can wrestling by Billy Robinson
2)A life in judo by Neil Adams
3)The toughest man who ever lived(a bio of sort of Conde Koma)

Finished Jonathan Duhamel's book awhile ago, almost finished with Other People's Money. It's like a UK version of Catch Me If You Can. Then reading another book by the same author of 48 Laws Of Power called Mastery. Potent book.

Laws of the Ring which is Urijah Faber's book. It's pretty good.

Well the way I typically end up reading books is I will read one for a while and then forget about it and end up grabbing something else in my collection the next time. So right now I am in the middle of East of Eden by John Steinbeck, The Collected Tales of Nikolai Gogol, Selected Writings of Karl Marx, and probably something else I have completely forgotten about.

The last book I finished was Comments on the Society of the Spectacle by Guy Debord.

Pursuit by Clint Johnson

It's about Jefferson Davis fleeing after Confederate Army surrendered, his capture, trial and release. So far it's pretty interesting.

At a friends recommendation I picked up the Day by Day Armageddon trilogy by J.L Bourne. Into the first book, I like it very much. Very intelligent perspective told through a journal entry presentation. I'm hooked, and glad, I will already recommend this to anyone with an interest in ZA/post apocalyptic/survival stories.

I'm finishing up my re-read of A Dance with Dragons by George R.R. Martin, and I'm about 3/4 through Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman, which gives great insight as to how the mind works.

The Martin book is the most recent release of the A Song of Ice and Fire series. I was staying at a buddies for a week and he had the entire first season of Game of Thrones on his dvr right after it finished up a couple of years ago, and I think I watched the entire season in a day. When I got home I went and bought the second book, and I was hooked. Generally, I prefer non-fiction, and would never have thought to look at the fantasy genre, but damn it was engaging. Highly recommended, as long as you don't mind a lot of nights with very little sleep. Next up is Leadership by Rudy Giuliani.

Just picked up a few goodies at chapters:

Siberian Education by Nicolai Lilin

It's got an eerie likeness to Eastern Promises (assuming some of you have watched it). Takes you into the world of a young boy growing up in an exiled land of underworld gangs, honour, family, and significance of tattoos.

Tales about the gladiator era, the trials and tribulations of war, politics and interesting memoirs from the soldiers in the regiments.

I have been reading Jonathan Maberry's Joe Ledger series and it is pretty food. I am about to finish the second book. It's about a covert arm of the government the DMS, Department of Military Sciences. Quite a bit of action and mostly Bio terrorism stuff.
