Wu Tang is the best rap group ever IMO. Its very hard for me to say who my favorite is because they all are awesome. Each member has a unique style, when put together it's golden.
None the less, I voted for Ghostface Killah
Why no CappaDonna on the poll, he is definetly one of the best and probably the most underatted member.
I always go through cycles of favorites, normally it's between RZA, GZA, Inspectah Deck, and Masta Killa. If I had to I'd definately choose RZA though.
RZA is IMO the best lyricist of all times. I love his flow, his lyrics, and his beats.
GZA is up there as best lyricists too, arguably better than RZA, and has a more smooth sounding flow. GZA kills every track he's on.
Inspectah is just a beast at rhyming and switching up his flow. I love listening to his voice when he raps, it's almost flawless. He shines on every track.
Masta Killa, I dunno I just like his lyrics and layed back style. He also has some great rhymes, I love his verse on Wu Gambinos and Mystery of Chessboxin. He's like a mini GZA with more violent lyrics.
Meth gotta love him his flow is godly and he's a character. This one's a give-in, everyone loves meth.
Ghost and Rae, two of the best lyricists, their style is so hard to decipher and they use so much slang it takes a while to get them, otherwise you think they're just spitting a bunch of random words. The only thing I dislike about these 2 is I personally don't like their voices too much. Ghost's is best when he's doing his "emotional" verses, I just don't like the nasaly voice for too long. And Rae's accent is too thick it kinda annoys me sometimes. I don't like their voices, but I still happily listen to them everyday, so it's not really a huge negative for me.
UGod is pretty cool I like his voice and rhyme patterns. He's got some sick verses.
Cappadonna I like most of the time, some songs he sounds like he's spitting all over the place when he's rapping. I love his long verse freestyles from 97 Mentality and Winter Warz, I know every word by heart.
All in all Wu-Tang can't be touched, they are way ahead of their time and I still don't think time has caught up with them yet. Their style is basically a sub-genre of hip hop. There's hip-hop and then there's Wu-Tang. Their songs will never get old, and they have so many of them.

I only included the original 9 members bro i meant to put an option for other so you could vote for an afilliate. Maybe a mod could edit the poll for me?

Hip hop is dead, but Wu-Tang is forever.
I was waiting for you to get all up on this thread's nuts.
I don't think anyone out there is better at kickin off a track than Inspectah Deck. He just has such a sweet flow, and his rhymes and metaphores are simply delicious.
And GZA,(being my very close 2nd) just has this superior voice/style, and his kick back rhymes are so mystical.
BTW, I remember hearing a mix from GZA ft. DJ Muggz, if anyone can find it, I'll give you plenty of handjobs.
This thread is making me feel so good, I haven't listened to some of these songs in awhile. Sory for double posting, Killah Beez got me excited!!
hahaha no worries the more Wu love the better. Who knows if rza posts on mmaforum maybe we can inspire them to get back togethr and drop a new album lulz. Wishful thinking I know.
