I used kettle bells today and a trainer asked me if I knew where to get the pills I'm currently abusing. How he know?

He smart.

Also he loved how you could snatch 100 lbs, like GSP. He figures the pills might impart super strength.

Eating breakfast on the right side of my mouth. The painkillers make me sleep.

Going to run later, then sparring, nobody is allowed to kick me in the face. I will be enforcing that rule with extreme prejudice.

Share painkillesr plz, I is all out. Also, I felt so mega Russian with the kettle balls and then sitting in the sauna. All I need now is vodka and a potato.

I remember when I had my wisdom teeth pulled, I slept so much while I was on the pain killers.

And by enforcing the rule you mean nipple twisters and atomic wedgies to all offenders correct? I have found that people shy away from nipple twisters way more than punches!

More likely, they will experience a push kick to the gut or a HK to the head, if I stretch thoroughly beforehand, LOL.

There's another tournament coming up and they're going all Cobra Kai again, which is what got me thinking in this way.

I would personally go with the push kick. A head kick would be nice, but we need them to remember what they did wrong! LOL
