Eating a small bowl of Lucky Charms. The sun on the snow has resulted in brilliant sparkly win wherever I look.

Lucky Charms have fueled many a great run in the past, and I'm hoping they'll come through again.

My dreams of a half-marathon look a little more realistic every day.

I wish I had your determination to work out. When it comes to technique I can do 10 hours a day, but cardio kills me.

I would say that overall I am an extremely determined, methodical person. I am always looking to push my perceived limits, and I often surprise myself. I'm also very patient in that regard.

I know you can do cardio. Find something that's fun and you're more likely to stay with it. Martial arts blend technique and cardio for the most part, at least at my school, but I run because I love it.

I found that I did more cardio on my own when I started swimming. I love to swim so it was easier for me to getit done mentally! So I agree with Swp's statement completely.

Wanna know how I do cardio training sometimes? My job is about a 20 minute walk from where I live, so I'll start walking when I have 10 minutes left before I'm late.
