Since my knees are kind of jacked I can't run too much so I use the stationary bikes. They have courses on there with a video screen and you do races and stuff. It even gives you a copy of your best particular run on each course and that keeps me motivated. so far I haven't let myself beat me lol

Going through the same HitOrGetHit, would not wish this to my biggest enemy.. But since i am feeling a bit better then days ago i wanna go out after all it is saturday..
making plans for a night out.. that means no plan will work and i will stay home.. not so bad..

Jets/ Bengals and than Eagles/Cowboys later with my daughter, WEC 46 tomorrow night and FN 20 on Monday...a nince 3 days a sports and stuff!
