Yeah it's horrific man. I really hope the tsunami's heading for the Pacific Islands/West Coast of America/New Zealand etc aren't as bad as first thought.

my mma buddies are over ther and their apartment is trashed from an earthquake, they were training with a japanese mma pro team and gonna come back in 2 months, i dont know if they will stay now.
