Bummer, read about that, one of the few I remember watching when I was a kid. Glad his wife was ok (he had a heart attack while driving and died from hitting a tree but she survived). Didn't recognize him in the pic though:

Heard Vince loathes the guy (a rumour comes to mind involving a very young Stephanie McMahon?) so a HOF spot may not happen unless the public really gets behind it I guess (?)

Well I'll admit that wrestling was once a guilty pleasure of mine, maybe up until 10 years ago or so... But back when Eddie Guerrero died (One of my all time favorites) I watched the HoF-ceremony where he was posthumously inducted, that was some touching stuff man :/

I've also heard the Stephanie/Savage rumor, but I got the impressions that the relationship had gotten better the last few years. They worked on DVDs together, put him back in their video-games and so on... Really a shame he had to go how and when he did... Sad day :/

A rumor that would have likely been confirmed or denied this year as Wrestlemania will be in Miami (Macho's home city), he and the Rock were the favorites to be inducted this year. Now we'll never know.
