LOL Holy shit. I've cut it like that while working (as a sheet metal worker and at a restaurant) and it's really not that big of a deal. But I do admit that it looks pretty damn nasty. It'll hurt for a few days tho. Just keep it clean all the time, so that you won't get infections. Some kind of alcohol would be best every now and then, but really, it'll work with just water as well.

I must admit that is pretty manly oldy. Looks nasty as hell. Makes me happy I live in Sweden where healthcare is free & you don't need insurance.
