Good luck to you NC guys, I've been through a few myself and they suck even if you don't have damage there is still suckage (especially the no A/C for a week or two after part).

Speaking of, can't believe i'm missing the live event. I'm going to a birthday party, pretty much like a rockstar thing - from strippers to drugs. Never been to such a bash and it's worth it.
