I hurt my back a few months ago at work and yesterday at BJJ and MMA my body reminded me about it, I'm very worried I will have this pain for the rest of my life and I REALLY want to heal it, I'm only 19! Any suggestions guys?

Hit the docs, try and find out what's wrong, maybe see a specialist/chiropractor or something like that.

Everyone asks that lol. No, they've been like that since I can remember. Apparently it's down to something with my thyroid gland. Can't explain further as I genuinely have NO idea, but I was diagnosed with something a few years back and apparently eyebrows like I have is one of the symptoms. Doctors don't know why, just happens.

Seems more like a positive then a negative to me, don't need to worry about those big bushy brows haha
