Haha no worries man it was good. I love chicken Parmesan as well, though it takes a while to get used to the small of Parmesan cheese haha.
I always make sure my chickens cooked through, I have such a thing about raw chicken. I need to cook it through first, then add it to the sauce/baking tray. Even then, through out eating I'll cut every piece in half to make sure it's white and not pink.
I got served some raw chicken in a restaurant when I was a kid once, and it made me SO ill, kinda have OCD about cooking meat now. Unless it's beef, I can happily eat raw mince and love my steak bloody and pink. Completely different meats obviously, one being edible raw and one can kill you but still...
Love cooking, though I'm a very 'throw everything together and hope it tastes good' cook.

I don't think I've ever under-cooked meat, I definitely have never under-cooked chicken. I do tend to over-cook it sometimes because of that though, but it's not too bad, just a bit dry. And why didn't you send the chicken back?
I love cooking too, but being the lazy ass I am, I don't do it as much as I would like. I'm actually thinking of pursuing a cooking career and go to a culinary school of some sort, but I'm not sure how that will turn out, cause of the money and all.

I was young, as in a 7 years old or so. Been to the place loads of times with my parents, food was always excellent and ran really well, so it kinda came out of nowhere from my parents view. I had some kinda chicken nuggety type thing, so it was covered in batter/bread crumbs and cooked on the outside, and sealed on the inside. But the rest was pure pink chicken. My parents noticed before I finished but I'd already eaten two of them. Was sick for a long long time, put the fear of god into me about eating anything for a long long time. Actually took me until I was about 20 to not panic about eating something new and gave me a phobia of throwing up. Over that now, obviously I hate spewing like everyone else but there's no panic attatched anymore.
I've been watching Australia Master Chef Season 3 lately (anyone spoils who wins it for me = I will turkey slap you) and it's gotten me pretty inspired to cook more often. There's like 70 odd episodes! It's crazy. I'm around 40 or so in, it's awesome.
Yeah I nearly always overcook chicken as well due to fear haha.

Don't even start with the cooking shows. I've seen a few seasons of Hell's Kitchen (US version), both seasons of Master Chef US, and I have seen a season of Australia Master Chef on the TV, I'll probably download some other seasons as the show is too awesome. American Idol with FOOD?!?! The hell?

the quality looks pretty damn nice, all you need to buy is the tv card for your PC and your set. Costs about 100$ +/-.

If the juices run clear, you're OK. That said, I cut every piece of meat I get to make sure that it's done. I don't like medium rare anything.
Finishing a bottle of wine and hoping I get paid this Friday.
