There's no beef though. This kid has a crush on me and takes every opportunity he can to post in my threads, start an argument, then make a comment about how he looks at my avatar in a homosexual capacity. I'm simply asking that he stop sexually harassing me. I get it, you're making a pass at me, not interested.

Thales, the open board is not to have this type of discussion, period.
If you have an issue with a member, you can PM a staff member and they will assist you in your issue. The open board is meant for friendly discussion.
PM me or another staff member if you wish to continue/discuss any issues you might have, but leave them off the open board, that includes neg reps and talking about neg reps.
