Just back from a 'Body Composition Analysis'. It was pretty interesting and Im really happy with my results.

Now about to start bulking for the next few months. got a pretty good base to start from though.

Being a metric kinda fella I actually like kg's mate Remember, UK and the States aren't metric, the rest of us are normal
