Turns out I won't be going to Tallin, but Tartu and some other places instead. Never been to Tartu, is it a nice city? And more importantly, will there be a Subway?

It's a great city, much young people since it's a town of University. If subway hits Estonia, Tartu would be the second city after the capital to get one.

Not sure, I only know for sure I'll be visiting Tartu and the north of Estonia, but I have no idea which place exactly.

If SOPA passes, consider Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, and every other major website like Megaupload to be shut down as well, that's why millions of people have signed letters in protest, it's why Wikipedia/reddit/google did did their blackout/protests, etc, because if that bill passes, everything can be shut down, including MMAF if anyone were to post any form of copyrighted material.

I highly suggest anyone who cares about freedom to write your congressman, write Obama himself to veto it if the bill goes that far (over 80,000 people have done so), and take part in any events that you can to stop this nonsense.

On the off chance SOPA does pass, I fear I possess far too few rounds of ammunition in the event it is a trend in governmental policy change, and far too little knowledge of the innerworkings of the internet to avoid it.

Therefor I must learn more, and spend money... To Tor and the deepnet!
