In fact there is already a new campaign against the internet. It's called the Protect Our Children against Internet Pornography act (I'm serious). It's similar to SOPA but it's more likely to pass because of its name.

I've heard of this. And I believe there is another as well the Internet is preparing to fight.

But right now we focus on Lamar Smith. His 26 years in congress are 26 years too long, we aim to send that cocksucker on his way. He has not served and represented the people he swore he would when he took office. He has only abused his position to further his personal interests and his pocket book. In my eyes the least we can do is remove him from further damaging our country.

Career politicians can kill any democracy... That is more true right now than it has ever been...

SOPA and PIPA are all but dead, but wrapping it all in a "Protect-the-children-from-porn" wrapper will be even more effective... Worst thing about it is that the people responsible for the law being presented couldn't give two shits about children watching porn, they're just getting paid to allow Hollywood to censor the internet...

Not only are they doing disgusting things, they're doing it in a disgusting way as well...

And yes, humanity has really come to that - abusing a children's safety and well-being to make money
