Yeah, it's almost douche-bag free forum now.

Im staying in tonight as well, waiting for my dad to pick me up and home sweet home tonight. I might go to friend's place for few beers, hookah (i don't know if its the right translation, used google for it, but in estonian it means "water-pipe") and Pro Evolution Soccer.

Its been a good week for me, twice gym, twice mma training. Today I hurt my wrist while i landed a hook on a punching bag, hopefully it'll be okay. And on Monday, im going to see a doctor, since my nose is having a period, it's my nose's time of the month i guess. I hurt it in boxing 2 weeks ago, and since then any contact with my nose makes it bleed.

I've been bulking for the last 6 weeks or so. Gone from 170.2lb up to 184.2lb. I'm pretty happy with that as I don't appear to have put on much fat, if any at all.

I was 189 pounds 2 weeks ago, and my goal is 176, just want my abs to come back to me.

Good job guys. I am at 200lbs atm. Im lifting pretty hard here lately so if I can get down to 190/195 and keep my lifts where they are I will be pretty happy

Walking around at about 440, not fat just bulking.

I was 181 last night, I'm pretty strong at the moment. I'm walking around almost dead lifting twice my weight *flex* do work

184 at the moment. Gearing up for a bulk and then probably cut back down to the same weight.
