JD and Coke after 9 rounds of hard sparring earlier with some new Boxers, just watched episode 5 of 'On Freddie Roach'. Really starting to feel Boxing is quickly overtaking my love of MMA.

The On Freddie Roach is great. I've been following those too. Boxing is slowly taking over my life.

I have always been a ground guy. I grew up wrestling and got into jitz after high school. I feel far more comfortable on the ground than standing.

The last month or two I've been obsessed with boxing. All day I'm running combo's through my head and watching pro tutorials. (Anderson Silva's boxing for MMA is badass). I find myself not even wanting to work on the ground anymore. It's crazy. Full 180 and I have no idea why.

I started with Muay Thai but because of my short stature I found myself catching too many knees, never liked BJJ all that much to tain it hard. So Boxing does it for me, it's something I can better adapt to physically.
