So I was thrown out of bed by my cellphone this morning (12pm). My father wanted me to bring him his angle drill so I got in the car and brought him his angle drill. On my way home I thought I'd just pop in the store to get some groceries . I didn't feel like going in there because I was sweaty, greasy and everything you are after a night of drinking but I thought 'who's going to be there anyway, it's Saturday and people are still sleeping'. Boy, was I wrong. I met everyone and their mother and I think I might have invented a new kind of friendzone. The sweatzone.
SON OF A BITCH!!!
yeah...it's like a law of physics. Also you might be surprised at how many people are regularly up by the crack of noon on Saturday.
Very confusing indeed. Maybe I've uncovered a conspiracy. Government is poisoning our drinking water with Modafinil so people don't sleep on Saturdays. Why, you may ask. It's all to make people spend more money, make them help the economy. Wait a second... maybe that's how we got out of the depression.

Ha-ha! I have thoughts like this all the time recently. It's the government, man they're drugging us so we'd do more work, spend more money and have less fun. They're trying to contol us like we're puppets. (Try to read it in Steven Hyde's voice so it sounds more awesome.

I'm up and awake by 6am every day. Not out of choice. My dog just knows when it's walkies time, and reminds me of it with barking, licking, and throwing his lead at me.
Granted, I could change the time I walk him and he'd settle into a new routine, but tbh I like being up early and having things done. I now never skip breakfast either, and being woken up by the happiest, waggiest dog in the world, means I wake up in a good mood.
Woke up in a bit of a political rage this morning. fed up with hypocracy and conservative friends asking "what happened to you?" Cant believe I have a friend who's known me for 38 years and thinks I would be eligible to vote for him in a republican primary. so... i've been posting this rant all over FB.
If I ever meet a conservative who has reached into their own pocket and paid 100% of his or her elderly parents health care cost, because accepting one penny from medicare or medicaid would be wrong, then I will have met an honest person who believes what they say and lives by their principles.
I can’t afford to be a conservative. Both of my parents have dementia. One with Alzheimer's and one Vascular. The destruction is the same. They both have diabetes as well as all of the other problems that come with old age. After 30 years of service to the federal government, my Father’s pension and insurance barely make a dent in their expenses. I don’t know what I would do without help. As long as I live I will be grateful to society for the help they have given me in taking care of my family. From now on, when I pay my taxes I will include a thank you note and as much extra as I can spare.
So, you see, I can’t be a conservative. I would feel like the lowest of low hypocrite accepting all of that help and then judging and ridiculing other Americans who feel like they need some kind of relief from the insane cost of healthcare. How stupid I would look preaching self reliance to others while members of my family receive help. Even though, until now, I have actually always been self reliant in the private sector and never collected an easy, taxpayer funded paycheck. Even though, I consider myself a patriot who loves America and capitalism and supports balanced budgets at every level of government.....evidently, I AM A ******* SOCIALIST.
at least I’m honest about it. But I reckon that means I ain't got no family values. if I did I’d cash ‘em in and buy my parents better care.
