Going to walk my dog, shower and get my fake tan on so I don't look pasty at MT. My elbows are cut up from throwing elbows on the canvas bag. I fell in love with it b/c the kru said he trained 2 world champions on it, but it didn't love me back.

I don't work my other job today, so I could have taught, but we have to go to the orthodontist and golf practice. Small swplet loves soccer, volleyball, basketball and golf but I still hold out hope that I'll get her back in the dojo one day.
