I guess it's a real one down here, not going to change banks anytime soon since it's covered all my needs for the last 10+ years. It's expiring in August though, i suppose i'm not getting a chance to change it to sth more useful? |

Just sign up for a Visa or a Mastercard. Dunno how it differs between a debit card in Estonia, but here the only thing with a creditcard is that you have to pay a couple bucks a year or something, but you can do everything with it, including signing up for a paypal etc. That said, no, I don't have a credit card.  |

Your bank can set you up, no need to change 
They have plenty of customers on paypal. If they don't you should leave them to be honest but I'd guess they do. Talk to one of the managers and explain your situation. He'll have it fixed in ten minutes at the most  |
