odd numb feeling today, my ex-BF passed away yesterday afternoon and just found out this morning. Not sad at all, he was a nasty piece of work. But more feel sad at myself and what he done to my life...

...not sure how to feel about that. should I be disgusted with myself? I'm currently on a Methadone program because of that guy!

I also apparently tweaked by back, took some pain killers earlier. Its a nice feeling, the opiates, but feels a bit like my head is swimming.

So tired. Ended up going out last night, the usual vodka-redbull night, got high as f*** with some clients. Tomorrow I wanna wake up earlier and go runnin so tonight gonna get some cigarettes, maybe go to a pub and watch some football and be back in bed before 11PM. Hate that zombie mode.

People have done less than that to me and I couldn't give a shit if they passed, don't be disgusted be happy he's out your life for definite. I have zero time for people who abuse women.

At home, my birds got together and apparently decided it's fun to chase a fly through the house. It is an interesting sight, for sure.

I had Chinese food 2 days in a row, missed it. I get the #3 which is pork fried rice, 5 shrimp and an egg roll. Or, pork fried rice, chicken chow mein, sweet and sour chicken.

Thanks MC and Hawndo, wish I could say I'm the only one but others have fallen into the same habits after being with him. But as was said, it won't happen again at least. Well....not with him...it's an uphill struggle!

Just stay strong and believe in yourself, you'll get there. Awful to hear a poisonous guy ruin lives like that but the past's maybe his the future is yours. Remember, you've got a rocking set of nutters here any time you need us
