I hate when that happens. My neck is screwed anyways from sleeping on a couch for 3 months so this is me almost every morning.

So next time I get the bulk of my toenail removed and the root killed with multiple shots to numb while my job is me standing/running for 8 hours, I will take more than 1 day off. This thing is swollen and throbbing right now...
