Yeah this, interval training is the best thing for losing weight and getting in shape. If you're like me and can't be bothered timing it just do the runs and sprints in-between lampposts.

yep, that is a good way to do it. you can even alternate in a walk every 5th sprint if you wanted to.

Been at the hospital for a few hours now. Always choose private small hospitals, those big gov ones blow and will kill you. Just some basic tests. Good veins, perfect blood pressure, 57bpm. The lady said to remove everything waist and up for the EKG, well my pants are waist right? Never missed a chance to take off my clothes for the ladies

They had this thing they wanted to stick down my throat. **** that, I'm all for helping doctors out and myself but this thing was scary and big. Took some X-rays of my chest. They took a bunch of vials of blood and all that jazz, gonna gtfo pretty soon. Big ass cheese burger and milkshake then I'm gonna take out the bike.

I've been weak for a long time. I assumed it was because my body was in ketosis. But I've resumed a normal diet and its not changed. Also I've been having pain in my abdomen, but the real thing is that I've thrown up blood a few times and while I wasn't drinking or doing drugs. It might be ulcers or something to do with this kind of pylory bacteria.
