haha nice.
My cell alarm didn't wake me up this morning, so I am late for class.
First I need to pack because I'm going to Halifax right around noon  . Thinking of buying myself a new bong from Mary Janes or Sweet Leaf as a reward for doing well in school.
I guess if I am going to reward myself I need to go finish getting ready and get to school.

Well I start my diet and work out plan today. By monday I will have my workout and nutrition log up in the forum.
I think I am leaving work early today to get a jump on the things I need to get done over the weekend.

Ugh, my entire body hurts today...mainly my legs the most... I taught my kids class, they where ok this time unlike the first week where i was ready to kill all of them...I showed them a couple of sweeps, just basic stuff because they have a hard enough time paying attention when im showing them something...
I got my lip shredded open by my teeth when one of the guys tried attacking me for making fun of him, a trainer not one of my kids haha... he tried to get a RNC and drove his forearm into my mouth cutting my lips up, he made a grizzly bear eating raw salmon joke as well...
Looks like I'll be doing some kickboxing in march, hopefully this will get my confidence in my striking back. Then hopefully I can get a fight this spring in MA, then go down to Florida and get a fight down there as well... and HOGH you have to be there.
