Just got to work. Had Doctor appointment this morning to go over my blood work. Slight raise in my thyroid medicine but everything came back good. I'm relieved.

It is.

There are a million ways to make it.

My favorite personally:
1 cup pure coconut water
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Sugar to taste

Put all of it in a blender with ice. Blend thoroughly. Pour into glass drop a lime and lemon slice in. Enjoy.

It only takes a minute it's delicious as **** and super healthy if you don't add a lot of sugar. Great way to rehydrate. Some people add coconut milk but I don't personally like it with count milk. You can add ground mint leaves too. I've added rum at like a Sunday cook out and it's always popular. If you're really after a treat add pineapple coconut water instead of pure.

Never made it with a hangover. I never want to hear the blender when I'm hungover. But I would imagine it does.

Understandable. It's never good to mix your drinking with your regular stuff. There's this awesome juice in Estonia that i usually drink with vodka. Can't even imagine drinking it without the taste of vodka anymore.
