Wow, I don't know how I managed to not get that joke at first. Must have been the vertigo.

So I went to the doctor and told him I had this light vertigo, medium neck pain and a tension headache. He prescribed some meds for migraine and then continued to look at me like I'm not allowed to know what a tension headache is. I was sure it was not a migraine... then I took the meds and 5 hours later I still have a headache, vertigo and neck pain. I need a new doctor.

Take two of these (Vitamin E pills) and call me in morning. Best taken with water with ample lights and music with BPM of 120+. Unce...unce...unce...

Hahah...actually I just got back from a Ayurvedic Indian head massage session. I was able to get 50% off the normal $100 rate. The session entailed a 30min neck,shoulder, and back massage. Then the last 30min was bliss with the Indian head massage cuz of my past training injury (heavy lifting pinching a nerve + dude put a neck crank on me...lolz) and being on the desk 15+ hours a day.

The therapist (Thai lady with strong hands) hit all the pressure points, temple, cranium, gently stretched out my neck in strange ways, rubbed, kneaded, and I could say I feel significantly better. If it weren't so damn expensive even with my discount I'd go every day...literally. Next is the reflexology session.

So if you're having migraines try the Ayurvedic methods.
