everyones going broke from christmas spending, i'd honestly rather no gifts ever and no gifts bought than buying and receiving but oh wells.

Smaller swplet may have whooping cough; she is on an antibiotic which will take care of it, but if the test comes back positive (takes 5 days for it to come back) we all have to isolate ourselves for 5 days. This means that I wouldn't have to go to my in-laws for Xmas, which would rule.

I'm the same, I rather save my money for things that are important than blow it all away on things that don't really matter. I barely drink anymore, I rarely eat out, I quit smoking cigarettes (2yrsago) and i've managed to save 8 grand in the last 4 months and i'm only getting like $16p/h after tax.

I wanted to say "but it's all worth it", and then I realised that I prefer to live like this. As a result i'm going back to Thailand in January, having my first pro fight at the end of Feb/early March, and once that's all said and done I can relax in Laos!

I am focusing on standup at the moment, so i'll have a couple of Muay Thai fights in Thailand then come home and focus more on MMA and Nogi, my guard is pretty good though.

I want to go to Phuket Top Team cos they have a 2 month white to blue belt BJJ training regiment, i'm blue level nogi but never trained in a gi and would like to eventually get my black belt so i'm doing that cos it's all IBJJF certified.

Will probably have my MMA debut in 2 years.
