Is commandos the game where you send a certain amount of soldiers around a base or something? If so I was addicted to that game for like a month then it disappeared.
Also, why is there no Age of Empires these days?

adopt a dog from the pound, that's the best thing to do but obviously not a crazy dog
my god I can't stand getting my asskicked by this horrible game I get game over ever 40 seconds and get destroyed in 1 hit by everything

Age of Empires got swallowed by Empire Earth which is way better. Age of empires didn't really span much, Empire Earth started literally like stone age all the way to several future ages. It was bad ass, planes, helis the whole nine.
Commandos the game where you're given a squad of 4 or 6 soldiers each of which have special skills and you have to complete different tasks. It's like age of empires/starcraft/C&C meets Ghost Recon or Rainbow Six.

Ahh, Age Of Empires and Commandos, two of my major childhood games. Spent countless hours on both of them. They really should get AOE I and II on Steam, I would buy them in a second. The Commandos series is there and I've got them all. There is another game very much like Commandos by the same developer called Desperados, which is Commandos in a western setting, thats another barn burner. I even got my dad somewhat interested in that game, it's so addicting.
