Get on it then! Just spent 2 days with Mary Jane. Gonna put it on the back burner for 2 weeks while I concentrate on training. Used to have a smoke and a pancake everyday but now trying to narrow it down to once or twice a fortnight.

I don't ever smoke before work, I always wait until I get off work but I do smoke every day when I get off work. Unless I got something to do with the family or something. I'm not married and have no kids so I have very limited responsibilities once I get off work.
