Drop the MMA for now dude, take Sub grappling and MT. Wait until you have some decent ground skills before you start taking an actual MMA class. I see the new guys come into our gym and take an MMA class with little to no BJJ skills, they don't gain lots from it as they are unfamiliar with lots of the stuff we are doing and we do not really focus on the BJJ itself in MMA class you are expected to either know it or learn it as we go which is a much slower process for you.
So take the BJJ and MT separately, get a good base in the two arts first then mix them up at a later date.
It seems to be an unwritten thing that you will pick up one much faster then the other.
Hopefully you are a natural striker

makes things really easy!
That being said if you somehow do find you have free time for an MMA class take it for sure, it definitely won't hurt you.
