Sitting at home with about 10 Bud Lights, a bottle of Captain Morgan, about 1/4 bottle of Svedka vodka, and half a bottle of Malibu rum, and I am having a hard time saving it for the upcoming party.

I have started the velocity diet, so far 2 hours in and im feeling pretty good still... hopefully this protein taste just as good made with water

In my experience, it doesn't, at all. I bought some Reflex Whey Protein, had the 1st shake with water and barely got it down. Was actually drinkable and quite nice with milk though. Hopefully your one's different, I would not be able to drink my Whey Protein with water mutiple times a day that's for sure!

I've found that when I mixed protein shakes with water (unless that mix of water and protein is just perfect) it was so terrible I kinda wanted to die. But since I got a blender its better now. With a water mix...pray, pray all day.
