Yesterday was ugly. It was a mix of snow and rain all day with 40mph non stop winds. It was about 40 degrees out but felt much worse with that brutal wind.

It's about 40 again this morning but no rain and less wind so it's not near as bad.

Crushing a Red Bull, should have got a bigger can.

I have to get on some sort of a diet. I do good for a couple weeks and then it's like I just forget about it.

But man I have been eating so much crap it is taking a toll. I never have energy throughout the day and I feel like complete crap when I wake up in the morning.
