Just realized I am a flyweight, eating at least 5 meals a day, and very active.
This is a big deal, because 18 months ago, I was around 180 (probably 15-20% bodyfat) (ate Vegetarian since)
I'm strong like an ant, but still an ant.
Although I feel more healthy than I ever have, I feel too small in a world of HW's.
I don't really want to be THIS small.
I have a lot of faith in my ability to grow muscle quickly, so right nowwwwwwwwww my goal is 20lbs added.
Time to go buy powderssssss..... or meat.......mmmmmmmmm
