This past weekend was pretty awesome, Saturday I got some sparring in for the first time in about 4 months, took some good shots off the nose and it didn't hurt so atleast its healed now. Went into Boston to watch WEC at a buddys house, which was an awesome night of fights. Sunday I went to the gym for some Strength and Conditioning and felt like i was gonna die 5 x 6min rounds rotating at each station every min. then we pushed a truck (SUV) 100ft 4 times, everyone else went and ran a mile, i went back inside and colapsed I couldn't feel my legs haha.
hopefully ill be getting more rounds in today, but right now im stuck at work playing catchup, I have to get a bunch of stuff done before the end of the week when our system shuts down for 6 days
