Just added an Avatar woot! its also my background on my phone and work computer.
Anyone know how i can make my elbow better in a week? I have tendonitus in it and of course a week out before the fight it starts to act up.

Diet Monster is one of my favorite mixers, and also one of the only things that settles my stomach if it's upset after a long run. Yeah, 5 miles is long for me.

I went to my Dr. appointment earlier this morning to get the test results of my holter monitor.
I am having major electrical conductivity issues with my heart. What is happening is my heart is going from a normal pace to beating rapidly. This is not a very rare condition, however, mine are quite severe and they are happening for so long that it isn't pumping blood into my brain correctly, so the lack of blood to my brain is casuing me to get lightheaded and pass out. The condition has also gotten worse and worse, so it could reach a point where my heartbeats actually start to overlap each other, which can be very, very bad.
I was put on a medication called "Amiodarone", which is a high level heart medication, used to treat acute life-threatening arrhythmias, as well as other chronic arrhythmias that other medicines aren't strong enough to help. It is a bit worrisome as I have to check my heart rate each day (twice a day) before I take the medication, as if it is too low, then I cannot take the medication as it is known to cause your heart rate to drop quite a bit.
If the medication does not work, then I will be sent to a Cardiologist, and will be scheduled for surgery, although the details of that I was not given.
I cannot 'andle my own riddum anymore.
Oh, and, I'm about to down a hot pocket.
