If you're done with the beer fridge, I'll.........thanks. It's been a very up-and-down day in this part of the Great Lakes.

I just rewatched Alien vs. Predator Requiem. Some of the acting sucked horribly, but the set design and creature effects were sufficiently amazing to balance that out. I especially loved the depiction of the Predator planet, city etc.

Earlier, we drove around L&M's work for hours, syringing fairways (that's watering for brief periods) and stimping greens. That's the use of an awesomely named device, the stimpmeter, that measures green speed.

If you ain't know, greens speed is an extremely nasty and explosive issue, moreso at private clubs like L&M's. They stimped at 10" 10". When we saw that, we were like, SUCK IT HATERS!!

And yes. Our numbers continue to grow and imbress.

I've been working on homework all night. The Summer semester is almost over, thank God. I have almost a month of freedom before getting back to the grind.
