Watching true blood and drinking ketel one. Not sure if its the vodka brand or if its been so long since I've had it but its so smooth im drinking it straight like water.
Either way my arm feels 10 times better than yesterday, only my shoulder is still seriously hurting.

i just got home and boy am i tired, its crunch time at the gym there are alot of guys fighting in the next 30 days so we really picked up the pace this week.. the best part of today was the fact i had enough energy to get through the whole workout it was great...
also i got offered a fight in september but turned it down, i don't plan on fighting until atleast october so i can make sure ill be close enough to 205 that i know i can make it...

I'm cleaning up the mess I made with dinner.
Food I make consistently turns out better than food I buy already made. Such a good way to go.

Another day at work. I just found out that I got apporved to have time off to go to Virginia over Labor Day Weekend. Every year, my Dad's family goes to a lakehouse that their friends own, and we go tubing and ride jet ski's and other things of that nature all weekend! I am excited!
