So we have this new conditioning guy at the gym, he is actually the S&C coach for the New England Patriots, he's pretty cool and kinda crazy (dude couldn't take his cellphone out fast enough to show off the #'s he's got)...Apparently once he's all setup he's gonna let everyone workout for free for a week with him... hopefully he doesn't charge alot for his classes because I could definitly use his class...

Also I'm so backed up here at work it sucks.

So the guy is name and number droping???? Kinda unprofessional if you ask me but oh well.......Just took some OxyElite Pro and ZZZIIINNNGGGGG this stuff is awesome!!!! Kinda jittery tho

What's that?

Picking older swplet up from JV soccer tryouts. She knows that there are two or three girls who arent' any good who are guaranteed a spot on the team b/c their father coaches, or their dad is prominent in our small city, or some such bullshit.

This does not deter her, and I think she just enjoys the workout, because after I pick her up, we're coming back, changing, and going to my other gym (the A/C one).

Did some light sparring today, no bodyshots natch! lol

Meeting someone very important this evening regarding a very important decision on a very important matter lol, see if it's the three of us, or just the two.

Either way there's no stopping me going through with it

Its a newer dietary supplement it has great reviews and its kicking my ass lol Im ready to work out now!!!! Some reviews say its like Jack3d in pill form....better on your stomach and potent as all hell
