Super great pad work for 40 minutes or so, then point sparring. I know point sparring is silly, but it's good for cardio, speed and agility.
Now It's Always Sunny...... is on Comedy Central and I'm only just able to eat, because working out in the heat gives me a stomachache.

what is point sparring?
and i love pad work, move and boom boom boom.
im being lazy and avoiding sleeping like the plague

It's also referred to as shadow sparring. It's lame and not practical in any way shape or form other than what I described above.
You would not believe the amount of kids, and adults, who seem to live for that shit. They go to 8-10-12 tournaments a year, and get incredibly into it.
Pad work was incredibly fun, except my partner gassed and I had to get a woman to replace him.
