they did hurt i've got some swelling on my forehead, not to much though. but i let him throw them to get the armbar setup. yay for Joe Promfret for showing me this! (Joe Promfret is Joe Lauzons Trainer, and my first instructor when i started grappling)

I just came back from shopping, it's still snowing outside (it snowed daily for a week straight) and it'll probably turn into a storm later on. My friend and I might go sledding on the mountain tomorrow, if the roads are clear. Haven't gone sledding in over 10 years, so I really hope that it'll go though.

I have been sledding and/or tubing every year since I moved here. Of course I grew up in the Great Lakes also, so I've been doing it as long as I can remember.
