So far, I've gone back and watched:
Resident Evil (The last one, I skipped through the other two but they sucked)
28 Days
28 Weeks
Quarantine
Dawn of the Dead (of course)
Day of the Dead
I tried to watch Diary of the Dead too.... but it sucked. But now I just have to switch over to "post apocalyptic" movies to get the similar feeling. I'm so far out of the zombie genre that I've hit Blade Runner now.
I save Evil Dead for halloween afternoon every single year. Not much longer now!

This is a great, great, wondrous, kick ass film festival. I didn't love Quarantine, but I liked the Emily Rose chick (Jennifer Carpenter?) that was in it.
L&M and I watched a low-budget Sci-Fi channel movie called "Splinter" last night. It was well edited and photographed, and was f*cking scary despite being so low-budget, in large part due to the ingenious use of cheap effects and effects-related tools. The director had obviously loved the 1980 version of The Thing as much as I did, which didn't hurt.
Trying to restore order after having had 3 girls in the house for a week (swplets' cousin was in town, as I think I mentioned).
