I am sitting here attempting to do these peer reviews of essays for my writing class but I keep getting distracted by Halo. The essays can wait, haha.

This sounds just like my day. I have got to get back into dieting and exercise. I started a thread here a few months back and that didn't seem to motivate me at all. Need a spark!

I have to collect like 220 tree and leaf samples before they all drop for the winter.
It is a race against time to find them all, dry them out, preserve, and catalogue them.
On top of that there are about 40 carniverous plants coming in to our greenhouses in a week or two that I need to fully research so that they don't die on their first night in our greenhouses. On the bright side, I get to feed them
It's been a long day, and I just got distracted watching old joe rogan podcasts (MAN, ustream is awesome) don't know what I just typed, but I'm going to go with it.

I think they were replacing the light at the top. Maybe electrician/daredevil as a double major in college!

How come you don't get a slightly longer "heads up" period before you have to begin such a herculean task?
We just watched Reign of Fire. I never get sick of that movie. Dragons, brawling, cities in ruins, etc. After the Transporter 2, it's almost too much.
One of my FB friends keeps making cryptic comments about the city council meeting. He says, word of the night is "really?" and I'm thinking, don't work it too hard, since that word has been played out for about 2 months at least.
I mean, if you're going to use a word that's already tired and hackneyed, at least elaborate on how our small city is being mismanaged by people who got where they are by going to high school with everyone else on city council.

I was wondering the same thing. But I guess it isn't their fault that I didn't start up again until september - when the leaves are beginning to turn
I'll get it done though, it's not like I have anything better to do. Speaking of which, I watched at least 8 Kazuhiro Nakamura fights last night when I was trying to sleep..... MAN..... I forgot how many people he has fought. What an awesome fighter.
