my whole body still hurts from the training last night, i had a full body cramp within the first 5min of the warmup... this guy is crazy, and really enjoys the movie 300, i think he may be greek as well he was yelling "SPARTAAAA!!" completely nuts but it was fun i have to make sure i have like 2 gallons of water in me before taking his class again...

but as of now im stuck in work, then going to Lauzons for some grappling tonight, my elbow is feeling alot better actually rolled for a entire round last night haha... it should be good for the NAGA tourny on the 16th.

Can anybody tell me what's the deal with alizio? I noticed he was quite a poster and is banned now. Made me wonder since he was the first guy who negged me, just because i hadn't been negged before that.

He got a bit carried away, when he got into a discussion about Mexicans or something like that, I think.

Missed work today due to not feeling well. I have to go tomorrow though. Pumped for the 3 day weekend although I am somewhat bummed that I am not going to Miami anymore. Should still be a good weekend though.
